Ok that took wayyy too long so haven't tried to make it look pretty, maybe later.

Its 3 bits of 10mm plate bolted together with the center one reaching up to the swingarm.

Chain tomorrow, midnight last night, 11 tonight. All my air filters are dirty. . .sigh.

Chain on revealed more metal to be removed due to sprocket clash forward position.

Now I have templates I can take orders to replicate. I'd think $800 would convince me to make another the same painstaking way. But 2 would be worse so I'd give up before then.

Yep I got the fist what you meant, how did youre guide job go ?
I did my slider, used one from a 2006 ktm250,
Had to drill and tap couple of 6mm holes, so now next replacement will be easy.

Do you have a pic of the KTM slider mounted?

Ya, the slider almost $150CAD by the time it get to me..... The guide closer to 200!

The take away is, the KTM chain guide will work. ('18-'19 bikes)
Just find one cheaper.

motocrosscenter will send anywhere, but if that is all you are getting you may want to email them as i seem to remember their system calculates shipping with a minimum starting cost
