Clutch drag....

Just got this 03 EC250....

jetting is screwed up but the biggest problem is the clutch is dragging...

havent taken it apart yet...but I have a leak right where the hose meets the bleeder...so not sure if its the brass washers or something else....doesnt look like it could be much else than that...anything to look for inside that will make it easier to fix this clutch....

Also a small water leak somewhere up front that havent located yet...

any ideas where I should start my jetting...90 degrees, 0-1000 ft....I read the jetting database but both bikes are completely different jetted....ahhhh
Starts a little hard, gotta crack the throttle to start, that tells me lean on bottom...barely any drool out the pipe....just seems rich everywhere but the bottom....

Could be that the clutch is leaking out of the bleed screw. Not sure as the bike seems very dirty.
As for the jetting, I am not sure, could be too small a pilot?
Cheers Mark

clean it up, and go for a quick ride in the dry. it'll show the leak area much easier..

most start jetting around 175-178 and 45 pilot or so, and work down from there... which needle? the needle will dictate jetting as much as altitude/temperature...

if its leaking out the bleed screw....its tight....is it possible to still leak out? not sure if maybe its cracked...or th washer are just done...gonna get some washers first...

whats the best bleeding method....squeeze bottle and tube and push all the air and fluid up?
