I am in the same process to make them fit a 2001- 300. They fit with just a little elongation of the clearance
hole for the frame/head steady bolt. I just put an allen head bolt replacement for the frame, and a 8.5 ID x 13mm OD
spacer on the nut side with a little longer allen head bolt. then the filing was minimal.
The upper shroud grommet holes needs a little elongation too. No big deal.
These guards are bomb-proof and very well designed.
I will use my old Flatlands hose-clamped to the CRD front bars in place of the louvers.
