I agree. They were pretty upbeat from the start.
However, their two main complaints (soft springs, and soft jetting in the middle) could've been addressed had they taken up Clay's offer to send them BigBoy springs, and to address the jetting issue with a (probably) leaner needle, or just dropping it down another notch.
