I recently lost all sense of fiscal responsibility and logical thought process and picked up this loaded 2014 1/2 30th Anniversary Factory Edition 300. It has the full meal deal Ohlins TTX setup, House of Horsepower exhaust, everything Rekluse makes , as well as the adjustable Trusty Power valve cover. It has all kinds of other cool parts as well. I found it at Gasgas Pacific on Vancouver Island when I went to visit Dave Fair ( Canadian Gasgas importer ) to pick up parts for my 2011 300 Race.
Just got it uncrated and setup. I can't wait to try it out!

I built the ol milk crate stand 15 years ago and it is still working great. Nice and solid, no need to replace.

Yep. The car is a 1968 AMX that I have owned for the last 24 years. It is a challenge to get parts and information on an old obsolete car like this but part of the fun. It is an absolute blast to drive!
I feel that the American Motors Company and Gas Gas share some similarities. Both had some questionable management, both had flashes of engineering brilliance and at the same time some quality control issues. Both are a love it or hate it kind of thing.
Anyway I will always love my AMX and my Gassers. I hope that the Gas Gas company doesn't end up like AMC which was purchased by Chrysler to get the rights to Jeep. Sound familiar?

I really like the forks n shock . I like my 2015 sticker package better but love your suspension , is that an equilibrium tire or a trials tire on the back ?

It's a Michelin Trials tire. Unfortunately most of my riding is in deep sand ,mud and quagmire where a trials tire is out of its element. I installed a fresh S12 which works pretty good for my area.

I just got an equilibrium tire and will put it on in a few weeks to see how it does . The best mod I did was my big fat fisher seat , it really makes the end of my day so much better

I've gotta agree, while Gutz is an upgrade over the stock seat, Fisher and Seat Concepts are in a totally different league when it comes to seats.

I don't really have a problem with the stock seat. Was very sore the first time i got the bike out in the woods tough.

But now after a few hours "dialed" in i'm perfectly fine, it does hurt after a longer ride but it's no big issue as i try to ride up most of the time and sit only when the feet need a bit of rest.
