Ec 125 - 03 dies at wot

Why is this happening to my bike when I twist the throttle fully open att low speed? See video below.
Jetting was pj35 nbhh needle at #1 clip pos. 165 main jet. So i thought it was running lean. I've tried pj48 needle at 3rd clip pos. And 188 main jet. No difference....

I thought it was an effect of the cold weather..
But maybe its an effect of me changin from 12-51 gearing to 13-51??
Its my girlfriends bike so i dont have much experience riding it.

A functional jetting for the 125 in the winter is

Pilot jet 50
Main jet 190 and bigger
Needle pos 3
Slide no 7
Air screw 2-2.5 rotations open
Meddle no NOZI

How bigs the difference between 5 and 7 slide?

Tonight Ive tried 48, NBHH needle 4th clip and 190 main.
Ran the samed but fouled the plug at neutral when I twisted the throttle open..

Have you checked the reeds?
How about the position of the ignition?
Is your air filter clean?

Slide no5 is very rich, maybe too much.

Ignition untouched. Airfilter clean.
I will check the reeds soon if it wont get solved with jetting or a new spark plug

I doubt it would idle good with bad reeds?

Have you checked the air I let for the tank, maybe not enough fuel can go to the carb

Check tank breather,petcock intake or inline filter restricted (if fitted).if flow to carb is reduced it will show at wot when demand is greatest.have read on this site of faulty breather valve in factory gg cap and aftermarket caps with the stubby breather valve can also give trouble

I'll try without the cap.
I doubtbits the problem tho I can go WOT a long time at higher speed...

Reeds look good... whats next??

Sounds like ignition related issue.
Maybe a weak ignition coil. Some spark plug caps have a resistor in them that can go bad.

Is there a way to meassure coil and cap? Ohm?
