1. The stock 200 cylinder has a very thick cylinder wall so it can be bored and replated, so there is no need for a sleeve.
2. I believe the piston is only supplied in one size and the bore is finish honed to the piston size. The new cylinder plating Eric is using is much more durable than the stock GG plating. I have run 4 pistons in the big bore kit Eric built for my XC300 and the plating/bore are still in great shape.
3. We did not notice it running any hotter. I am sure it would run cooler than my big bore 327 because they have the same cooling system. I have not had any issues over the last 10 years with my XC327.
4. I am pretty sure it has the 250 exhaust on it because I understand the 200 pipes went away a long time ago.
5. The bike has the smaller 2k2 ignition with a 12oz FWW.
