I rode a local race a few weeks ago but this weekend is the opening round of the LACC and from what Lucas is telling everyone there is gonna be a big turnout. My first real race on something other than a KTM 300XC in a long time. I missed this round last year because its by far the longest travel time for me but I'm going this weekend. Got to ride alot Sunday and I'm feeling pretty good about the Gasser and seem to have it dialed in like I want it. Still have the stock tank so I'm gonna do a gas stop. Should have a Clarke tank by the next round. I'm also gonna run the 9 hour race in 2 weeks with a couple of LACC regulars and I'll be on the Gasser there also.

Conditions in Central Louisiana were much like the SC National as in perfect. Moist sandy soil and bordering on hot..nearly 80 degrees. I did not ride great but managed a win in 50+ and 49th overall. I struggled with traffic all day. The bike ran perfect and I pulled a pretty nice holeshot with it to boot. I did a gas stop but I'm not sure I really needed to. It was a fun weekend all around.
