Pretty stoked my old riding area is reopening at the old Buffalo rock location east of Utica. Started riding there in 83’, spent many weekends camping/riding there early 90’s, raced my last motocross race there 97’-8? and rode one of the best hare scramble courses I’ve rode in Illinois there around 2003 (Jeff Fredette took us places I’d never seen before).

Basically, first off road race this weekend, should be open for riding Labor Day weekend. 200 acres west of creek for now, will eventually be 400 acres. Trails, MX tracks, kids track & trail and
DIRTBIKES ONLY
YES
And great people running it.
I feel comfortable posting the info on this forum, but have to say PLEASE follow all the rules and be careful. Definitely some steep elevation (cliffs, sinkholes, rockfaces, etc on that property. Us old Dirtbikers have waited long and hard for a riding area to open up in the land of Lincoln. Want my kids and grandkids to be able to ride there.
If you see an old white/red/blue Gas Gas there, swing by and chat.
