Yup, check float level in the carb.
I assume only leaking when you put it on the side stand?
Can leak when tilted over too far.

Remove the carburetor.

Remove the float bowl.

Remove the float and float valve, check and clean. (bit of dirt can stop float valve sealing causing it to overflow).

Replace the float and float valve, check and reset the float height if necessary.

That should fix it. :)

All the best, Dave.

Hey,
I tried to set the float valve , twice ,
One time i take it down,
And its still leaks,
Next time i curve it up- you can see at the photo.

Float looks like it's far too far in the hole, straighten the tang out man.

At least until the tang is parallel with the float. And do a search to find photos on how to set the float height. You only want the float just resting on the tip to measure it. It should not be compressing the spring.

There's a measurement to set it, not just bend and away you go.
Read the manual.

Take the little float needle out, the black coating on it may have worn off. Then you'll need to replace it.

Or the seat may have some grit stuck in it preventing the needle from sealing it.

Clean it out with some carb cleaner or at least an earbud rubbed around in the seat hole.

We did a mates last month. Only thing that got it fixed was a new needle.

I drop a ball bearing in the seat and tap it to ensure the hole is round.

But do take your tap out and clean any tank grit. A hair will hold the valve open.

I have had good luck chucking up a cotton swab (Q-Tip), dipped in polishing compound (tooth paste in a pinch) into my electric drill. You can use this to polish the carb seat mating surface so the needle's Viton tip has a smooth surface to mate with or (with which to mate if you are opposed to ending sentences with prepositions) ;-)

Is it Friday yet?
This works brilliantly. We used autosol at the bike shop when we had grungey corroded carbs that were sitting around for years in the jap imports.
