new starter new starter sprocket new bendix new regulator new lithium battery 4 ah new insalqtion cabel for e start.... i have a spark on the e stand but it won't start.

Sounds like it is cranking plenty fast enough. You say you have spark but do you have fuel? Try a drop or two of premix through the carb opening or through the spark plug hole and try again.

I try but wont start

Just for kicks, hit the starter button and then quickly hit the kill button. This works on my buddy's kTM every time.

Is your battery at full charge?

check if spark looks the same when using e-start and kickstarter. You might have a spark, but not a good one. It should be bright and crisp, making a tiny sound. If the spark looks weaker using E-start, we could go from there.

Does it start with the e-start when hot?

Looks to me that it is crancking fast enough.
