Gas Gas Squish question

Hi I have recently purchased a 2011 GasGas EC300 and there is a part on the engine that has a breather that leaks oil out. I have attached a picture but the person I bought it off says it has something to do with the squish. Is it normal for it to be leaking oil while running?

What is a smurf tube? So is it meant to leak oil?

There should be two vents coming out of the cylinder with hoses attached that "leak" unburned oil. One in the front of the cylinder next to the exhaust port and the other above the right hand side power valve cover.

Check the image bellow, are those the vents that leak ?
If yes, then the question becomes how much is it leaking ? It's ok for them to leak but not too much.

Quantity of un burnt oil that leaks may be dependent on the following:
- the premix oil you use
- quantity of premix you use
- maybe jetting, but you'll foul the plug pretty quick if so + you'd have more serious problems in regard to the engine not running properly to ask questions about, i highly doubt it's the jetting tough
- maybe some seals/gaskets are worn out, again highly doubt it as the engine would not run properly, it would also smoke a lot + various other symptoms
