GasGas EC 250 2006 very hard seat?

Hi guys, I have recently purchased a gas gas ec 250 2006 but the seat is super hard and it makes it really uncomfortable.

Is it normal for these bikes to have super tough/uncomfortable seats or do I need to replace the foam?

(Coming from a kx 125 previously, seat was super comfy and felt like a seat unlike the GG)

Does the foam from other bikes work? I heard about the kx 125/250 but I don't know what year fits.
