Gasgas ec300 Crankcase pressure problem

Changed the jet block gasket today, and the bike is now able to idle. After playing/testing in my backyard, I now run a pj35 mj172 and n1eg needle 2nd clip and airscrew almost 2 turns out and doma banana and silencer.
And as the bike handles i can tell i will have tons of fun with this :D

Thanks everyone for the advice!
Kind regards
Stijn

Awesome, glad to hear your up and running again!
Was the block gasket visibly damaged? Ive never had to change one, so this was great to learn about.

Your problem inspired me to look a little deeper into a rich issue my friends "new to him" KDX220R has. While his issue was much less severe than yours, it does seem to run too rich for it's settings.
Apparently the jet block and gasket are the same across the board from 33 to 41mm screw top PWK's. I have pulled the block from a good spare carb I had on the shelf to swap into his KDX, excited to see if it cleans it up!

On the carb i am using now there was no visible damage of the gasket but when we cleaned it and blew air on it, we saw some small bubbels. On my friends bike we will also change the gasket.

Changed my jet block gasket today, and it seems to run a bit better idle (after riding a while the idle rpm was pretty high and unstable). I'm gonna do some more experiments now with different needles, as idling is still not really the way I want it to be.
