my 48mm sachs were beyond repair. i bought a complete front end from a 2018 husqy. i find out i couldnt use husqy triple clams, forks touched radiators when half turned. thats funny because before install them i thought im gonna have more turn radius cause husqy triple clamps dont have stopers like gg. they have them on frame. so i trimmed the gg lower clamp 0.5mm for the wp forks to properly fit. Then i couldnt use husqy wheel. at first it looked ok but the brake calliper doesnt fully touch disc brake. so i just used the forks while modding wheel axle and making new spacers because wp forks are closer to each other originally. gg triple clamps have bigger distance between forks. despite all i finally rode it and im super pleased with these forks. way way better than my sachs, almost like a different sport! if i knew all this trouble i would have bought new kyb aos, they cost 1350e, almost money i spent on wp. but at least i love them!
