I am frustrated to say that if you have sent GoFasters an email after Thursday, Sept 4th at 6:07 pm, we have not been able to retrieve those emails. We are in the ugly process of revising our website to allow day to day inventory and pricing adjustments along with some new features and have ran into some major issues as you probably have seen on our site.
According to our IT person that we pay peanuts to, the problem was with the switch to a bigger server and we currently have not been able to access our email. If it is urgent, please call us. If not, i will respond as soon as I am able to access. I appreciate the offer from everyone in regards to helping us fix the problem, but she tells me she is close to resolving the issue and that our upgrade will be complete soon. She is good but does this for us after her real job and it is taking a while. Again, sorry for the problem, no one is more frustrated, angered, puzzled and up in arms about this than me.
