(On holiday in Costa Rica at Vista Guapa Surf Camp, so don't hold me to the keyboard...)
I've never been able to get any help from Sachs. Marzocchi USA tried to be helpful- and is now being distributed elsewhere.
I actually have several cartridge pieces for the 45 Marzocchi. I also have some OE inner and outer bushings, so I can measure those and see if my typical suppliers can get some.
I hadn't thought about a seal head for the 45 fork- that's a really interesting idea. And be able to make it with a common tool head so as to not need an impact to get the compression holder out.
Or maybe at least bushings and seals...
Alright, let me start putting it together in my head. I've got a great machinist and about 20' of 6061 2" round laying around.
