HANGING IDLE HELP PLEASE

Hi everyone! I need some advice on my GasGas 300. I've been trying to fix a 'limiting' issue (it wouldn't rev out) and a rough mid-range.

Current Setup:

• Pilot Jet: Just upgraded to #50 (was smaller before).

• Main Jet: Upgraded to #175.

• Needle: default 36mm keihin , currently on the 3rd clip from the top.

• Air Screw: Currently set at 1/4 turn out from seated.

The Problem (Hanging Idle):
The bike has much more power now and revs out great, but I'm dealing with a serious hanging idle. When I blip the throttle, the RPM stays high for a few seconds before dropping back down to a steady idle. Also, when I'm riding in 5th gear and pull the clutch in, the RPMs actually jump up before very slowly returning to idle.

Mechanical Observations:

• Throttle Cable: I noticed the throttle cable housing is popping out of the adjuster at the handlebar. It gets caught on the lip of the adjuster, keeping the cable under tension.

Do you think this hanging idle is strictly caused by the throttle cable/housing issue, or should I be hunting for an air leak (intake boot) given that I'm already at 1/4 turn on the air screw with a #50 pilot?"
Also please watch this clip of how is the bike running ..

Problem fixed, installed another spring in carburetor and after that gave 2 or3/4 air because my air fuel screw was at maximum of fuel so how i was giving more air the idle rpms were going up and after that just unscrewed the idle rpm and it was solved, not a air leak or something
