How can do the 2004 zoke more progressive

Hi how can do the 2004 zoke more progressive on the first 10 cm of the front fork travel? my setup is this

21x8x0.10
11x8x0.10
20x8x0,12
19x8x0.10
17x8x0.10
16x8x0.20
15x8x0.20
14x8x0.20
13x8x0.23
the oil is 7w

Well, it's a big subject.... I would start by winding your comp clickers all the way out. See if that helps. Then maybe remove the first large face shim.
There are lots of posts on these forks, but it's a subjective thing, and also the piston port sizes seem to vary from year so that means someone elses shim stacks may not work on your forks. The plus side is, adjusting the base valve shim stacks is quick and easy.
