As many of you may know the FMF Q stealth drips black oil out the end no matter how spot on the jetting is, the silencer is just too large a diameter and never gets hot enough to let the oil properly burn off.
The solution is found with Honda part # 18357-GBF-830 ,the exhaust gasket from a 96 through 04 CR80/85. I believe 2 come in a package.
Use HI-TEMP RTV red or black to "glue" the gasket into the very end of the Q stealth, you may also want to stretch the gasket larger so that it sits more snug. wait for RTV to dry. You will notice much less oil to almost none, a lot less messy.
The rearson why this works is the ring "catches" the oil and stops it from draining out the end and drains back into the packing were it has more time to burn off
if you ever take a close look at a FMF shorty pipe you will notice this ring put in place as well
BTW I am new to the forum, I recently picked up a 2006 EC200 with 2011 conversion
