How to upload pictures

You guys have probably had this question often, but I can not find the answer by searching the site, I could use some help with trying to figure out how to upload pictures. Any help would be appreciated.

I upload my pictures from my computer at www.photobucket.com

Then I copy the URL in a thread.

Like This http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j259/kdxquebec/beauce-2-1.jpg

Just add your URL between the IMG code and there ya go!
