Is it easy to jet your own carb?????

I was thinking of trying to diy my carb is it a thing for the experts or can it be done in the shed myself any help on the topic would be great lads.

this is a quite straight forward example of what and how to do it
Although I think doing it at a shop with a dyno and a workshop would be easier than in a paddock or something like that
