As the title states?
I have received a set of bib mousse tubes and would like to see a video or be told the correct way to instal as I hear they can be hard to do if you don't know what you are doing.
If anyone can help me that would be great. I just completed a 2 day road trial with three punctures and these will hopefully stop that occuring.
Also , I was told that rubber grease is the thing to use as a lube ,is this ok or what is the best thing to use?
Last but not least , they are rated to about 130km/h. What do you guys reckon about this?
I heard they are prone to heating up , is this true?
Sorry for all the questions.

Checked out the link and a few on the sidebar.
They all use that tyre changer stand mthing.
I don't have one so it will definitely be harder but they do make it look easy.
I bet I find it a lot harder than that.
Cheers Mark:(

I use tire lube like Murphy's or the like. When mounting just remember that opposite side your spooning has to be held to center of rim. As far as speeds and them lasting we have been ok with the front at race averages at 50 mph but the rear wont last but about 50 miles at those speeds because of wheelspin and the heat generated.
