Need advice on Ohlins shock revalve

I have 07 gasgas ec300 and need to revalve rear ohlins shock as its a pain in the ass (literally). At the beginning of ride its too hard but ridable, at the end of the day when my ass gets tired it turns into nightmare.
I noticed that if rebound is dialed in past ~25-30 clicks out it starts to affect compression.
It would be great if someone could help me and tell what to change. I prefer switching old shims instead of buying new from US.
I only ride tight technical stuff.

My current settings:
Rebound is 19 clicks out
Compression all the way out
spring is 5.2kg/mm and fits my weight.

Same issues I have with mine.. I haven't been able to truly get happy with it in 165hrs and several rounds of revalving.

If you are happy with your rebound where it is I would leave that. If you wish to soften the comp you could try clamping on a smaller OD shim (if you have one).. but ideally I imagine you'd see better results maybe changing out some of the .25 and .3mm shims in the HSC for .2's
