New GG 300 Race owner

We are always glad to welcome another astute off roader into our discrete world.

What bike are you coming off of? Your new 300 will continue to astound you.
They're great, reliable and very competitive.

What part of the world are you from?

Again, welcome and keep us informed to your thoughts and impressions.

Welcome and congrats on your new bike. You will need to cut a small piece off the brake pedal bolt to lower it; at least I did on my 2010. GoFasters has a tall seat that taller guys seem to like thats softer. They also have a bracket and number plate to replace the front headlight. Enjoy!

Let me know how you go with the replacement seat as a whole. I'd probably be interested in getting one too.

Once MX guys get used to the trees and tight stuff, they usually turn into pretty fast woods riders.

One thing about the brake pedal you may want to consider- In the woods you'll need to train yourself how to ride on the balls of your feet(if you're not already doing so) and also keeping your toes in and UP; This is because of things like stumps etc. (not usually found on MX tracks..............)

Once you've gotten used to riding with your toes up, you may find the brake pedal height quite fine where it is.......

Just a thought.

Also, welcome to the world of multi-hour rides :)

Nope- didn't sell it- not going to.

I offended someone on the board so its just best if I just go back to lurching in the shadows....

I certainly didn't see anything offensive from you. Keep posting and settle in. We all want to know how you get along with your bike!

Its a long story- and I certainly have some culpability- I just didn't expect it would have had the effect it had.... its best that it remain private and the best way for that is to just stay quiet

As before.. How strange..

I certainly didn't see anything offensive in your original post here. Unless if someone took offence to the name drop? I can't even remember the name you used.. Hah! Not sure who the other person is thats involved and don't really want to know, but whoever you are, there is an "ignore" feature imbedded in the forums. It doesn't cost anything to use and will save you reading things that you don't want to.

Crews. Here at GGrider I'm sure we all like to hear the good and the bad re the bikes. If its a personal issue then it shouldn't really have any effect on your posts that appeared to be bike related.

Can't you just like create another user account and become someone else? :D Lots of guys create an alias and troll sites they are members of already just to offend, annoy, and create general mayhem. You could do it in reverse!

I don't think you offended anyone, and no one complained to me. There is always someone who may disagree with you, especially now that the membership has grown. Hell, I pissed a few guys off, but I'll stand up to everything I say or I won't say it in the first place. Stick around and be yourself within the rules and all is good.
