Has anyone tried to match up the new OhlinsRXF fork to a GG yet?? I believe there are several issues to work through since Ohlins don't make a set. For example triple clamp size front tire and the brake caliper alignment

Ohlins Fork

The current forks are 48mm zokes that I want to replace. I read the thread about the showa will I be in the same boat having to machine clamps and s:(pacers?

Do you not like the 48mm zokes? Or just that you have the TTX working really well ?
If the RXF48 fork is similar dimensionally around the clamping surface to the 48mm zoke you may get away with just finding a wheel that will fit.

I can pick up a set of ttx cartridges Monday or a set of rxf forks. I had the ttx's in a set of sachs that Ohlins USA valved and sprung and they were great. I sold the bike to a friend and picked up a nambo. Just miss plush suspension sticks like velocro in the single track woods

Are the zoke 48s a bit harsh?
Is there any advantage to having the RXF fork over the zokes with ttx22 cartridges, apart from the bling factor?
Reading on the ohlins site it sounds like the RXF is just an ohlins packaged ttx22 fork. Surely the fork costs more than the cartridge, and may not work with the gasgas wheel and brake assy.

zokes

They are harsh over trail garbage. I 've had them revolved and sprung. Nothing negative toward the tuner. The clickers are very vague doesn't really matter how much you adjust them. Besides that the rebound is way to fast. I have had the ttx's in the past there incredible. Its more than that as well. By the time I get them off to the tuner and back its been two weeks. Ohlins is an hour away. More of convenience too
