What year shock/chassis? Has it been revalved? it appears so on first glance.

Quite a firm stack with the .25's and the large clamp. Also a very big crossover with the 2x.1mm 22OD shims.

What spring rate, what sag figures, and what's the rebound stack?

pretty sure its stock spring, dont have it to hand to look at but ill check later

its 2006 model

dont know much about the history of it, could have been revalved.Yes its deffinatley firm in the top to mid

rebound is

36 x .2
36 x .15
36 x .2
36 x .1
26 x .1
34 x .3
32 x .3
30 x .3
28 x .3
26 x .3
25 x .3
24 x .3
23 x .3

seems quite substantial aswell

I don't mind the look of the rebound. Where are you running the clicker though? With a stack that heavy you'd want to be 18-22 clicks open, which will allow some free bleed in the comp circuit. If you've got the rebound closed down anywhere past 16 it really starts to make the comp harsh.

I have the OEM stacks here, can post them if you like.

Do you have shims, or just hoping to shuffle what you already have in place?

I'd leave your rebound as it is.

A quick and crude way to reduce the crossover effect and soften the whole compression stack would be to move one of the 22x.1mm shims down to be your clamp (very bottom of stack).

not got any shims yet, not too sure what to order, ill have a play and see what i can come up with. Big learning curve im sure.

Softening up the whole stack would be pretty good and maybe reduce the crossover by one shim

That's what I would try.

You can reverse stack the 23 and 25 to keep the total stack height the same, or remove them.

If it's still too firm on the high shaft speed impacts, then consider replacing the .25mm shims with .2mm

Give it a go and see what you think.. You could even try the 23 or 25 as the crossover if you wanted some more LSC support.
