Pipe guard recomendations

Guys, I'm hoping to pick up an EC250 soon, and need to consider a pipe guard for the bike. Any recomendations on guards that fit and work well, thanks.

I'm pretty new to Gagas, but over the years carbon fiber guards have become my favorite.
E-line, and P3 are the two options for CF guards on Gassers

Mate, you need to get a propower guard.
I have been running them for a couple of years now and have not dented the pipe at all. They are thicker than the other brands and from what I have seen they are finished a lot better too.
Get on the propower factory hardware website and check them out for yourself.
Alternatively, click on the sponsor link at the top of the page when it comes up.
Cheers Mark.

Pro power uses multiple layers of weave - making it much stronger than other alternatives.

Other CF pipe guards have been seen to allow flex - on a hit it will flex and allow the underlying pipe to dent - you won't see it until you pull the pipe guard off - so it feels and looks good until you pull it off after a while - so you are just "delaying the pain til later"... ;-)

Just give propower an email. They deliver worldwide and by all accounts from those on this forum that have already purchased, the communication and delivery time was very good.
Cheers Mark

I roll with no guard and have only 1 tiny dent in 2 yrs. I'd rather replace a pipe once in a great while than replace a guard and pipe.

The reason I run a carbon pipe guard is the same reason I don't ride a 4-stroke - leg burns. I hill climb and occasionally get trapped under the bike with the pipe resting on my leg. With the carbon fiber guard no ruined pant leg and more importantly no 2nd or 3rd degree burn on my leg. Yes I probably do have a ding or thee in my pipe but I could care less how it looks under the guard. Do I lose a tiny bit of power? Who knows - I don't use all the power my bike has left. If I wanted more power I would change my jetting from winter to summer.

Is this right on the website, fits 2012-2014? If so bummer.

Sorry for the years not being updated, the gasser guard actually fits to 2015. Thanks to all for the positive feedback! Just to clarify we do ship world wide and are in the process of setting up dealers in the US. Our products can be purchased from Central Kentucky Motorsorts in the US as they became our first dealer quite recently.

Guys, thanks for the insight, and recommendations, but will the guard fit a '10 EC250???? Propower, I will be contacting you, thanks.
