That's my boot washer. A bucket of concrete with a peice of abs pipe set in it. Plop your boot over the pipe and wash away with out filling the boot with water.

Thanks for the compliments. It's the euro/canadian model with 48mm Sachs. My shop had the pipe guard in stock when I picked up the bike.
