Quest for a Pipe Guard

The Carbon Fiber Pipe Guard from Ciarlo arrived this week and I finally got to install it tonite.
It took a while and never would have happen at all if it weren't for das. Thank you so much for being my translator and all you help. The boys at Ciarlo don't speech English.
The E-Line Guard I had was for the earlier models and did not fit the curve of the OEM pipe (09,2010).
This new Guard fits like a glove, has the gear clamps hidden by the guard itself, is very light weight and flexes just enough (I hit it with a rubber mallet a couple of times) This Guard will provide protection not only from frontal attacks but wraps around enough to also cover the right hand side of your pipe in case of a spill.

I've heard through the grape vine that Dave Fair from Gas Gas Pacific (who has a beautiful Italian wife) might be importing these soon.:D

Let me know if you (or dave) need any help - my wife lived in Italy for a few years and speaks the language fluently. Her father was italian and we visit Rome to see relatives, etc.

Very nice. I like the way it covers so well. What was your total cost with shipping? I wonder if they have guards for previous pipes?

I'm sure they have many other things for later models Gasser.
I've been in touch with Dave from GG Pacific and he is looking into getting a good deal on other products. You should contact him before he puts in a big order to them.
