There was also a gasser that came 4th in the rocket ride. Pretty impressive competing against big 4t bikes

Lars represented GasGas well. 15th out of 500 is awesome. Just wish he could have finished. He's currently 11th in the WESS Championship.

he did finish. I feel sorry for Ib Andersen who got to the last checkpoint (he was 2 minutes behind the 18yr old who was the last finisher by a few minutes so he must have just missed it).

I must have read it wrong but I thought there were only 12 finishers?

No there were 24 finishers with the last being an 18 year old who was so amazed that he finished it!!

So Lars and GasGas went the distance. Awesome! I'm sure Carl is not happy with that many finishers. I suspect next year's race will be super brutal.

Yes, Ib is a very good rider. And a Gasgas rider too. He is also one of the top trials riders here i Norway, and has been for quite a few years.
