replaced front wheel bearings, still play

yes I reinstalled the inner spacer, and I got the bike washed now so I'll look into it later tonight, the bearings fit snug into the hub when I installed them

How much does the wheel move side to side? How much deflection? Remember that there are tolerances in the bearings, you might be seeing the tolerances multiplied over distance (center of wheel to rim is 10"), which might look like a lot, but not be that much at the bearing.

I believe C3 bearings have a looser tolerance, might be worth it to see what spec bearings you installed.

Edit: Here's a webpage with tolerances stated, you might have C4 or C5 spec bearings, which will provide a larger tolerance than you might expect.

you're on to something with the bearing tolerances, at the hub there is probably a half MM of play, but at the tire it makes it seems like there is much more play

after taking a closer look and dissembling everything and reassembling it, I have determined that the spacers are worn out and are allowing the hub and thus the whole wheel to slide left to right on the axle.
are only GasGas oem spacers available as replacement?
is there a company that makes aftermarket ones? any crossovers?

wheel play

I am not visualizing how the spacers would allow wheel to move left/right? If everything is tightened, with bearings seated correctly with center spacer spacer preloading bearings. The only movement would be coming from the bearings. Is it possible your bike was ridden with lower pinch bolts loose, and axle is moving in fork leg?

would I order the Husky SKF seals?

no, here are the GG part numbers:

front: W KIT F002-GG 10009357179
REAR: W KIT R002-GG 10009376179

The advantage of this system is that the seal turns inside the seal housing so remains fixed on the spacer and will not wear a groove in the spacer (apparently! still to fit mine)
