Ok i did my 1st enduro yesterday aboard the 300. The chap i brought it from was a lot lighter than me. Lets just say it was hard work with the front bottoming out and not returning very quick.

My best bet is start with the standard setting front and reat and work with that. Thats unless there is someone who is 16 stone or 100 kg kitted up with some setting to share.......

Owe yes i also put myself in the wrong class of Sportsman 2 stroke were i should have been in Novice anyway i come 13 out of 21 over a 2 hour race.

So is there anyone out there with standard setting or moddified for my weight ...

Ive set the sag of 110mm im happy with that....

What year bike? Which shock/fork combo are you running? I have a 2010 model decked out with TTX front and rear. Spring rates are right in the ball park with a 5.4 rate rear, and .46 front. I've not been 100% happy with the rear but think its more of a valving issue than a spring rate issue. The general consensus with the shocks and gg chasis is to set the spring preload at 10mm and see where it lands you.

The rear seems fine ive got no quibble with that the front thou is very choppy and you have no confidance in it at all.

On top of that the throttle stuck open in the woods as well now thats not what you want .....
