Shiver 45 oil level?

Herro again! Can anyone tell me what the maximum adjustable range is for the shiver 45's on my '06 ec300? Marzocchi manual says 90mm, GG manual says 110, but no range is given .

the range LTR gave me when they serviced my Marzocchi 45 fork (07 EC300) was 110-130mm.
Old Scotty's dirt bike spares tutorial recommended 100-130.
I have 2 different manuals for the Marz 45 and one says 90 and the other says 90 for moto and 100 for enduro

I just serviced mine and set it at 130, but I am bottoming out (too much air), so next time I will try 120 or so (a little more oil).

Here is a vid of my redneck fork oil level tool:

I say "brass rod" in the video but it is actually a brass tube. I suppose plastic parts would work but I used a metal tube and metal "crossbar" so the weight would help the tube stay upright when setting the oil level

Hi mate

Ive played around with my 06 200 shivers as you know

I had 90mm but it locked up about 20mm to soon, 120mm bottomed so Im set on 105 and its great

Chris

I'm on 110mm atm, ended up swapping a 0.45 in the front so i have 0.48 and 0.45, a bit more preload on the 0.45 and took a lot of preload off of the rear. Feels a hell of a lot better atm, but I've got my SM wheels on, no dirt till next weekend!
