What bike?
On my '11 and '14 300's I run .50 fork springs and 6.0 shock spring. Rear sag is perfect. Fork springs could be a tad softer. I'm 95kg naked/115kg geared up.

That will be closer for your weight although it does depend slightly on the suspension. I'd call your local tuner, they should be able to offer advice and sell you any required springs. You could also pm Twowheels on this forum.

my local tuner told me he dont have springs to my wp 43mm fork

Does anyone know if Ktm 43mm fork bushings will fit Wp 43mm fork?

I have a complete list of Ohlins springs (from 2011) but I cannot upload it here. PM me if you want it, we can arrange an email.
Then you could measure your fork springs and look for a match in the list.
