Just hoping someone can assist with an electrical issue I have. I have an 2018 ec300. Currently the bike seems to be running OK however, battery is not charging and the lights are not working. I think I may have an cdi issue from a previous mistake I made when I hooked up the battery incorrectly. I hooked positive n negative up incorrectly in the dark. I blew the rectifier./regulator and replaced that. I've checked resistance on every pin in the cdi and have an open circuit on 2 pins. Does anyone know if this is normal? Would it indicate a faulty ecu? Thanks
