What would be really nice, is if you cut a groove in the flange to use an o-ring, eliminating the crush washer and allowing a seal at much lower torque. I use an o-ring with the stock plug, there is enough recess cut into the case to capture it, but a proper part would be better.

Hi guys , if you look at how my plugs are made you can run an oring instead of a washer look at the pic on page 1 of this post and you'll see where the threads end the diameter of the plug is smaller allowing you to use an oring, i will agree that a groove cut into the face of the flange would be way tricker.
