Guys I have EC 250 2008... I have sticky idle for long time.. I have changed crankshaft seals, vforce reeds, checked for leaks on rubber boot on intake..nothing helps.. I have change idle jet from 45 to 42, idle screw started to work, but I need to have airscrew totally closed to dont have sticky idle... If I turn it half turn out, idle rises up, but as I touch the gas idle stays high. what else to try? with 45 idle jet it would not idle so high, but the idle screw was not working.. no mather in what positionnit was, if fully in or fully out, idle was still the same

I would either try a new 42 jet or try to boil the one you have now in lemon juice to clean it out. It may have some corrosion inside the hole.

I would make sure that the float height is correct.

If possible, I would try and swap out the carb, just to isolate or eliminate it as the problem.

Jet is new... float height set... I have just tried to swap to 45 jet but I have broken needle... f.ck... need to wait to weeks for new one
