HI, recently I bought a beautiful GG ec 250r 2014 with e-start! Will start with half a tuch of button. BUT why they put the battery under seat,it's annoying to work around . Can we change the place of battery?

An Anderson plug is the answer.makes working on the bike fast and easy!

But of course!
I have used Anderson plugs for a number of years. I have a nice lightweight LiFePo4 battery that doubles as a start battery in my Bimota Supermono during summer and a helmet lamp battery (riding Gasgas) during winter. I presume the 50A version is good enough for the Gasgas starter, but I use a bigger version myself, as the Bimota's 650 single needs some amps to get running.

I use these.

They are high current, small, and are easy to plug/unplug. I also used 10awg silicone wire. It's super flexible and can also handle high current demands.
