Suspension help needed EC300 R 2012

Hi people
A while back after seeking advice I went a spring rate lower front and rear ,my first question is would baseline settings act the same with new springs?
I have recently had the forks serviced and the suspension guy said the valving is fine in them and he sees no benefit in a re valve.
My forks are ok in most stuff but as soon as its rocky they deflect all over the place especially when I am turning and if I am going DOWN a stoney or rocky hill they are all over the place the front feels really light and the forks bounce left/right and leave me no confidence at all.
I currently have static sag @ 35mm , compression 24 clicks , rebound 14 and PFP 1 turn .
Help would be greatly appreciated !

If you want to play with the stock valving, I'd suggest backing the PFP back to zero. Comp around 17-19 clicks, Rebound 10-8 clicks.

Ride the bike as is, and then adjust the PFP to get the feeling of support you require. I'd go in 1/4 turns initially, and then fine tune between your best settings.

What weight are you? What rate springs are in the fork now? Whats the race sag? Static sag on forks is hard to measure at the best of times due to stiction.
