Swingarm bearing numbers?

G'day,
I was wondering if anyone had a list of swingarm, aftermarket( SKF?), or the like, bearing numbers?
I would probably be keen to change them all.
I have access to a workshop in Finke and can change them up there. I don't want to get the bike half done and then have to rush it before I leave.
Before anyone asks, I actually thought they were fine and hadn't noticed any play till the other night:D

I've bought the bearings (needle rollers and cage) through the local allied bearings before, but they can't supply the inner bush.

Inner bush for which part mate?
Have you got a detailed list of what you got by any chance?

SWINGARM BUSHING BE250312007 - Haven't checked to see if its the same part on the newer models but would assume they are. The bushing is the sleeve that runs between the axle/pivot and the bearing. On the swingarm they push in from the inside.

All the bearings linkage and swingarm are the same 22BM2816 NEEDLES BEARING (22x28x16). Any bearing shop should be able to get you needle rollers in this size. Width can vary a bit if needed.

The inner bush should be ok to re-use, unless if its really been flogged.

Geez mate, what don't you know about these things?
I must owe you a heap of drinks when I finally get up your way:D

I would have got one of the kits someone had on here. It too had the lot but unfortunately I don't have the time to wait for it before I leave for Finke.

The other kits (I think you are talking about) are Synergy seals. I think they use a plastic compound instead of the needle rollers. Not sure if all the fitment issues for the lower shock mount had been resolved. All ballz quality are bleh - I'd be more inclined to order the inner bushes from them and use quality bearings. I think you'll probably get away with re-using the bushing you've got Mark (at least for the race), but if they/you are totally rooted let me know and I might be able to pull a set out of one of my bikes to get you out of a pickle.

Thanks Jake,
The bearings are still ok , just got a slight bit of movement when the bike is on the stand and weight off of the rear wheel. If I grab the wheel and lift it it moves about 3-4 mm. It is a combination of a few bearing therefore I cannot tell easily which ones they are.
It will be fine for the race but I thought if I could get some bearings I may get time to fit them up there as we have access to a workshop.
All good.

Probably the lower shock pivot. Combination of small bearing and getting dragged through the dirt more than the rest means they were out a bit quicker. Should be easy enough to isolate though. Is the play up/down or side to side?

Up and down mate.
I can't move the wheel up and down and get my head in and around at the same time.

True Johnny :p

Mark, quick and easy. Put the bike on the stand. You don't even need to remove the wheel (but I would). I don't think it would be the swingarm pivot and probably more likely the linkage/shock pivot. Should be able to disconnect the front dog bone and that will allow you to put that through its motions and try and feel if its in there. The other half will let you see how it feels. Then disconnect the shock mount and wiggle a few more things. All up maybe 15mins work.

Yeh I know but I have so much stuff to sort between now and sunday and I can't get the bearings from the local bearing store so I will leave it till after I reckon.
