04 DE 200 with 45mm Zokes, what is the recommended torque for the top and bottom triple clamp pinch bolts?
The info I found list the Triple Clamp bolts 29 N-m / 21 FT LBs / 256 IN Lbs
Is this correct?

That may be for WP but should be good for 'zokes too.

Yes, that table was developed back when the WP forks were on the bike. I talked with Glenn (GMP) about the Marzocchi forks and the lower bolt torque should be reduced slightly (helps prevent binding/friction).

WP forks:
Triple clamp upper bolt = 20 N-m / 15 Ft-lb
Triple clamp lower bolt = 16 N-m / 12 Ft-lb

Marzocchi forks:
Triple clamp upper bolt = 20 N-m / 15 Ft-lb
Triple clamp lower bolt = 12 N-m / 9 Ft-lb

Either fork doesn't need much. Les told me he has seen forks with the internal anodizing worn completely away in the lower clamp area from over tightening. I run mine around 10 -12Nm but may even go lower as long as they don't slip. Also consider that if you antiseize the bolts like you should, this can increase the overall torgue by as much as 30% for the same wrench setting.

GGs aren't that bad, if you ever work on a new Husky you wonder if they ever calibrate the wrenches at the factory, some of the bolts are crazy tight.

FWIW, a friend of mine in town went out riding after working on his KTM the night before. He said for some reason the forks worked great, he felt like a hero. To his surprise he discovered that he had never torqued the lower clamp, it was just snugged up!
