video cameras

The GoPro only films in 17min. intervals. That goggle strap mount is interesting. Might have to look into one of these

I like it OK, think the smaller one would be even better. The mount allows you to adjust the camera up or down, depending on how you position yourself on the bike, so it will take a few try's before you find the right angle. When you look at mine in these pictures, it look like its pointed at the sky but its actually perfect.

The only thing that REALLY drives me nuts....the power and record button colors are confusing. Green means the power is on, red means you are recording. Why do I need a green light to tell me its turned on? You look at the screen, see an image? Guess what??? Now to record...the same button turns red.

Last thing, the blue tooth wrist band is junk or at least mine has never worked correctly.

I just bought a Garmin Virb on Amazon for slightly over 100 bucks to play with. Same lens and capability as their newer Virb elite just doesn't not display the GPS information. So far a good camera to learn with without spending a lot of money. Comes with Go pro adapters so you can use any Go Pro mounts for your video.

I love my DriftHD. I like the newer Ghost because it has more features on the wrist band. I have mine mounted under my helmet visor and it works great, plus I can see it but it doesn't impede my vision. I like it there because it won't get snagged on any tree branches. I get about 2 hrs on 1080P and I carry a spare battery, the Ghost might be better on battery life.
