What forks do I have?

Hi all,

Trying to work out what model of forks I have on my 2011 ec 250.

Marzochis with the attached top cap. Is this likely to be the 45mm or 48mm?

Either way the answer is YZ250 front end.

Do a search. Especially with a revalve, but and 2006 on SSS KYBs will be the go.

My mate used a 450 front wheel and everything. Slipped in with just a lick off triple clamp I seem to recall. But his 10 had bigger clamps than my 07. Springs were too stiff from 450, but not impossible to change.

With larger clamps he didn't need to do all the shagging around with steering stops if using YZ triples. Also using YZ wheel, he didn't need to change caliper mount or anything. Lazy prick.
