What to check next???

I have a problem where my coolant level seems to be dropping by about 500ml after any ride?
I have pulled the head and checked the orings and replaced them with good second hand ones I had.
I have checked all connections and clamps.
Have replaced the thermostat section with a length of hose and a joiner.
My only other guess is that the water pump seal is gone.
I cannot see or smell any coolant/ water coming out but it still disappears?
Any ideas?

How is the transmission oil? Over full? Milky in color??

How about a pressure check of the cooling system??

I'd check the cap.....is it holding pressure, if not coolant escaping out the over flow.

Trans oil is good.
I have re routed the overflow out so I can see if it is losing water.
If it is then the cap could be the issue.
Other than that maybe a slightly warped head?

Pressure test is quick and easy and will show where its from.

Strap a catch bottle on the overflow? Could be the cap. Could be a small hole in a rad too?

Had a radiator leak (small) right hand lower left, only apparent after
full on pipe climb
got home fine and replaced.
OEM rads seem inferior to aftermarket
Will post info on Monday

Will try to sort a pressure test.
Already got aftermarket rads on and very strong beefed up scorpion guards and brace.

Went for another ride today and kept a close eye on the overflow.
It did release some coolant whilst riding but did not seem to be heaps?
Will check level in rads tomorrow.
Could just be a dodgy cap.

Just an update.
The radiator had lost the same amount of coolant .
I took off the cap that I had changed to recently and then fixed the original so it would clamp down properly again.
Problem solved.
Thanks for all your help people.

Fortunately, yes.
I did however remove the thermostat and bought a piece of radiator hose with similar angles to that of the gasser originals and just cut and joined them with a joiner.
