Some say they're really smooth. Mine is personally a real buzzer. Handlebars, footpegs, seat..
You can check the engine mounts etc to make sure its not something simple. Other than that a good balancing of the crank will smooth things right up. When are you splitting the cases next?

my 07 vibed a bit, but not bad. - when i rebuilt the crank, the flywheels were significantly out of alignment of each other ( like .008"? from memory).. gettign rid of that issue helped significantly.. also make sure all mounts are torqued - especially swingarm pivot. once one mount loosens, all the rest follow very shortly.
