Have you tested the fan with a direct 12, adequately powered source? Is it a fan problem, sensor / switch problem, or wiring problem? There are considerable variables even with something as a cooling fan.
does your bike boil over? My question is; do you put the bike into situations where the fan would be needed? In my experience, most Gasgas (or Beta for that matter) bikes don't need a fan unless you are doing extreme enduro or similar.
Depends on your thermostat setting if you have one. I have a Ranger and I set it at 210 degrees for the fan to come on. It almost never turns on when using that setting.
