Anyone ride Brimstone Recreation Area (300 miles of trails)

Anyone ever rode their gg here?

We are thinking of making a run up their this weekend. Apparently it is over 300 miles of trails w/ some new single track put in last year according to their website. Looks like a favorite of tnadvriders.com
My main question is how does it handle the rain? Looks like they are going to get some this week.
