AS1 Jetting EC300 2006

Seems that my jetting never is good.
Ive got new Vforce 3 reeds, 5h piston, As1 carb, NGK BR8ES. Standard front pipe with some dents, silencer is Pro circuit.

air screw 2 rounds out

Still not running right. Bubbly, even thought it also feels to lean, slow, feels flat WOT and top end is screaming without giving power. If wanting, it wont even wheelie. The bike is used on the street, so ideel it should go a bit richer then in the woods.

Tried 178,180,182,184,188 mains, 42,45,48,52 pilots, needle clip ups and downs, and tried #8 slide also.

Any tips?

Throw the stock needle in the bin.

Humidity is 65%, temp is 10-12c , 200m over sea. What needle do you recommend? N3EG ?

13-40 gearing.
Powervalve bearings right side, both, had fallen out due to the screw holding it had fallen out. Going to check tomorow.
