Definitely is on the 2012/2013. I wasn't sure if the older models ran bearings? I hadn't noticed on the 2010 model.. It runs on a bushing which seems to flog out before anything else. The 2013 on the other hand had some mangled bearings in it. Just about able to pop the inner race out.

Older models have a bronze brushing, easily replaceable. Press out, press in a new one.
